Vehicle Technician job opportunity available in Plymouth, Devon. Our client is seeking experienced and skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their expanding team. This role offers a rewarding career path within a reputable dealership environment with excellent prospects.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum
OTE of approximately £37,000 including performance incentives
Working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus one in five Saturday mornings
Opportunity to develop skills including EV training with employer-supported training programmes
Friendly, professional team within a growing dealership with a strong market presence

Duties

Carry out routine servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Conduct diagnostics and address complex mechanical issues
Assist with workshop duties as required
Provide excellent customer service and liaise effectively with clients
Maintain high standards of safety and workshop organisation
Support the expansion of the service team by providing dedicated technician expertise

Requirements

Level 3 NVQ qualification preferred; Level 2 candidates with substantial experience may be considered
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment
Strong diagnostics and mechanical skills
Knowledge of brand-specific requirements (confirmation pending)
Willingness to undertake EV training and develop expertise in electric vehicle maintenance
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
