We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join a reputable independent manufacturer approved specialist workshop based in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals looking to work with a well-established business specialising in Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW vehicles.

Duties:
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards on Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW models
  • Investigate and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
  • Support fellow technicians through knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Maintain workshop safety, quality, and safety standards at all times
  • Record all work carried out precisely and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Communicate professionally with service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency and high standards of customer service
  • Support dealer training and keep up to date with hybrid and electric vehicle technology
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience within main dealer environments with Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW or similar premium brands preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and software
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Own tooling required (excluding specialist tools)
  • Commitment to long-term employment and career development
