  • Basic salary £16,500, OTE £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (day off in the week)
  • Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00
  • NO SUNDAYS
  • Company car + Fuel Card
Our client, a franchised main dealer, is looking for an experienced sales executive to join their their tight-knit, high performing sales team.

They represent a brand notorious for their development in EV and Hybrid technology and have developed a loyal customer base world-wide due to the brand's reliability and innovative nature.

Our client offers exceptional work/life balance in an automotive sales role with their 5 day working week structure and are looking for motor trade experienced individuals with ideally 3 or more years of automotive sales experience to hit the ground running.

What’s in it for you as Car Sales Executive?
  • Basic salary - £16,500 OTE £30-40,000

Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
  • Selling Warranty and Finance
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our client expects of their Car Sales Executives:
  • Ideally experience of automotive sales experience 
  • Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
  • Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
  • Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work within the UK
