We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership in Farnborough. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service while managing high-volume workshop tasks.

- Basic salary of £32,000 per annum with an uncapped OTE of approximately £41,600 upwards
- Strong earning potential through team bonuses linked to CSI and workshop achievements
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Regular Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 rotation
- Friendly, experienced team with plenty of support and development opportunities
- Managing an average of 11 jobs per day, ensuring smooth workflows and customer satisfaction
- Handling customer enquiries and providing professional advice on service and repairs
- Processing vehicle repairs, quotes, and administrative tasks efficiently via Keyloop Drive / RTC
- Upselling service plans, tyres, and additional maintenance products where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of customer communication and follow-up
- Working as a pivotal team player in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership environment
- Ability to handle high workloads comfortably and efficiently
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and every third Saturday morning
