We are recruiting for the position of Assistant Sales Manager on behalf of our client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced individuals seeking to advance their career within the motor trade.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per year
  • Realistic on-target earnings of approximately £60,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday working week, 9am to 6pm

Duties:
  • Managing daily sales operations and supporting the sales team
  • Developing effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff members
  • Ensuring compliance with all company and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a management role such as senior sales, assistant sales manager, or sales controller
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
