We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Colchester, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress their career within the motor trade industry.

  • 45 hours per week
Duties:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and providing tailored recommendations
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets within the dealership
  • Managing and building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes
  • Contributing to a positive showroom environment and supporting team efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within a main dealer environment
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work on Saturdays and rota Sundays
