Used Car Sales Executive Required in Epsom for Family Run Car Dealership 
  • Pay: £18 - £24k Basic + £55k Uncapped OTE
  • Hours: 5 Days Working week with Sundays on a rota and weekend off rota patterns
  • Our client is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join their prestigious dealership in Epsom. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled automotive sales professional to work within a premium environment dedicated solely to used vehicle sales.

  • Basic salary starting from £18,000, rising to £24,000 for high performers achieving over 100 unit sales in six months

Duties:
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for used vehicles
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through to sale
  • Working closely with management to develop effective sales strategies
  • Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle features and promotional offers
  • Managing daily showroom activities and maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Participating in manufacturer training and ongoing professional development
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in automotive retail sales
  • Ideally holds Car Sales and Motability Accreditation
  • Demonstrates a strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Organised, driven, and self-motivated to achieve targets
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence
  • Experience in selling premium used vehicles is preferred
