Our client is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Controller / Business Manager to lead their Used Car Sales operation in Epsom.

Duties:
  • Lead and motivate the Sales Controller / Business Manager team to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Manage enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to convert leads into sales
  • Coach and develop sales staff through daily support and structured feedback
  • Monitor enquiry management, test drives, and conversion rates
  • Support finance and profit growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver departmental objectives
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or senior sales professional in the motor trade
  • Experience within the UK Automotive Industry 
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and motivational skills
  • Being proactive and in the showroom closing deals, speaking to customers 
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Full UK driving licence
