Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable, family-run garage? Our client in Woking is currently recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their friendly team. - Assisting with parts sales and stock management
- Providing accurate vehicle repair estimates and updates to customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery
- Supporting the service department to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor in a motor trade environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle both service and basic parts-related tasks
- Organised and professional approach to work
- Knowledge of automotive systems and processes is advantageous
