Service Advisor Opportunity in Woking for a family run Garage
  • Pay: Up to £35,000 DOE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, No Weekends
Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable, family-run garage? Our client in Woking is currently recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This role offers a great chance to work in a well-established workshop with excellent working hours and a competitive salary package.

Duties:
  • Welcoming customers and understanding their service requirements
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance scheduling
  • Assisting with parts sales and stock management
  • Providing accurate vehicle repair estimates and updates to customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery
  • Supporting the service department to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor in a motor trade environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle both service and basic parts-related tasks
  • Organised and professional approach to work
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and processes is advantageous
