Are you an experienced Parts Advisor seeking a new opportunity in a reputable dealership? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Parts Advisor to join a well-established family-run dealership in Great Yarmouth. This is an excellent chance to develop your career within a supportive and vibrant working environment.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of up to £30,000 with excellent bonus structure
  • Realistic on-target earnings of approximately £36,000 annually 
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service to vehicle parts customers and trade clients
  • Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability of required items
  • Processing orders and sales efficiently and accurately
  • Offering technical advice and assistance to customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining dealership stock records and ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
  • Valid UK driving licence
