Master Technician Vacancy - Corby Main Dealer
  • Position: Master Technician
  • Location: Corby 
  • Basic Salary: Up to £43,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £55,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Alternating Saturday Mornings 

An established main dealer in Corby is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join their busy and expanding workshop team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled technician looking to take the next step within a respected franchise environment. The site is entering an exciting new phase, with recent investment creating improved processes, new opportunities, and a strong focus on developing its technical team.


As a Master Technician, you will play a key role within the workshop, using your advanced diagnostic expertise and manufacturer knowledge to deliver exceptional standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.


Responsibilities:
  • Carry out complex diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
  • Support and mentor other technicians within the workshop team
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards
  • Keep up to date with manufacturer training, technical updates, and repair procedures
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the wider dealership team

Package & Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE of £55,000

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Master Technician within a franchised main dealer environment
  • Manufacturer accreditation as a Master Technician (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic skills with extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Ability to confidently diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, reliable, and team-focused approach
