MOT Tester – Prestige Automotive Brand
  • Location: Solihull
  • Basic: £32,000 basic (Can pay more DOE)
  • OTE £40,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday Rota: 1 in 3/4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm (additional Saturdays available if desired)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified MOT Tester to join a leading prestige automotive retailer. Working in a modern, manufacturer-approved workshop, you'll be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections to DVSA standards while delivering the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as an MOT Tester: 
  • Perform Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations.
  • Accurately identify and record vehicle defects.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of workshop safety and housekeeping.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Requirements
  • Current DVSA MOT Tester Licence.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage is desirable.
