We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated professionals looking to advance their career within a thriving automotive environment. The ideal individual will thrive in a customer-focused role, delivering exceptional service while efficiently managing vehicle servicing and repairs from start to finish. 
  • £26,500 Basic with a realistic, uncapped OTE of £34,500
  • Busy Main Dealer in Crewe
  • Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:
  • Greet customers with professionalism and provide excellent customer service
  • Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations
  • Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer queries efficiently
  • Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Complete paperwork and update digital records accurately
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
  • At least 2 years dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident in using computer systems and software
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
