This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive aftersales leader to take full responsibility for a high-performing Service Department. You'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, improving operational performance, developing your team, and delivering strong commercial results, all within a supportive dealer group that offers genuine long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Service Department
  • Drive customer satisfaction levels above manufacturer targets
  • Monitor departmental performance, profitability and efficiency
  • Ensure manufacturer and company standards are consistently achieved
  • Manage departmental budgets and operating costs
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Service team to maximise performance
  • Maintain a safe, compliant and professional working environment
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager within a franchised main dealership is essential
  • Proven ability to lead successful aftersales teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to drive performance whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
