  • Salary: £29,500 Basic | OTE £38,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm
About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established main dealership in Leicester. Roles and Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Welcome customers and understand their servicing and repair requirements
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and manage the customer journey from start to finish
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Explain work required, prepare quotations, and obtain customer authorisation
  • Liaise closely with Workshop Controllers and Vehicle Technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Process service documentation accurately and maintain up-to-date records
  • Promote additional products and services where appropriate
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
What Our Client Expects from Their Service Advisors:
  • Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience is essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach
  • Confident using dealership computer systems and administrative processes
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
