We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking to build their career within a thriving automotive environment. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in supporting the parts department, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary around of £27,000 per annum
OTE up to £33,000 with uncapped commission
Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break

Duties

Advising customers on parts and accessories, both face-to-face and over the phone
Managing parts stock levels and ordering stock as needed
Processing parts sales efficiently and accurately
Assisting with stock room organisation and inventory management
Building strong relationships with internal departments and external customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Requirements

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
A professional and proactive attitude
