We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to work within a well-established automotive team and further develop their career in the motor trade.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £36,000 with uncapped earnings potential
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
  • One hour lunch break included
  • No weekends required
  • Friendly and professional working environment at a franchised main dealer
Duties:
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage service bookings efficiently and update customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and administration
  • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure all work is completed to schedule and standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or other role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing processes
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
