We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking to build their career within a thriving automotive environment. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in supporting the parts department, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary around of £27,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £33,000 with uncapped commission
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break

Duties:
  • Advising customers on parts and accessories, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Managing parts stock levels and ordering stock as needed
  • Processing parts sales efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with stock room organisation and inventory management
  • Building strong relationships with internal departments and external customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • A professional and proactive attitude
