Service Advisor Required for Luxury Car Dealership - Wandsworth
  • Pay: Competitive + Bonus 
  • Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota 
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to progress your career within the luxury automotive sector? We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a dealership in Wandsworth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable dealer group and be part of a newly established team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the luxury car market.

Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times
  • Advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance needs
  • Manage work scheduling and liaise with workshop staff to ensure efficiency
  • Upsell appropriate services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
  • Handle administrative tasks related to service bookings and work orders
  • Maintain detailed records using Kerridge DMS system
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a luxury or prestige dealership
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Kerridge DMS or similar dealership management system
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
