  • Basic Salary: Up to £37,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)
  • OTE: £44,000+
  • Monday to Friday: 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and successful main dealer in Milton Keynes, offering excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training, and genuine career progression.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional aftersales team where you'll work with modern diagnostic equipment, receive continuous technical development, and be recognised for your skills and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repairing a range of vehicles.
  • Carrying out diagnostics, fault finding and warranty repairs.
  • Completing routine maintenance, including oil services, brake work, cambelt replacements and general mechanical repairs.
  • Conducting Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs).
  • Completing job cards and service documentation accurately.
  • Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Working collaboratively with the workshop team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and servicing skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • An MOT Licence would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • A full UK driving licence.
