Service Advisor Required in Guildford Car Dealership 
Pay: £32,000 Basic with £38,000 Realistic OTE
Hours: 42 hours per week over Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm hours + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our highly reputable dealership in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, managing workshop bookings, and advising on vehicle repairs and warranties.

• Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum with an uncapped OTE of up to £38,000
• 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings

Duties

• Book MOTs, repairs, and servicing appointments for customers
• Provide expert advice on warranty cover and upsell additional parts and accessories
• Collaborate with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Communicate turnaround times effectively, keeping customers informed throughout
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a first-class service experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Kerridge / ADP or other dealer management systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service and working with cars
