Sales Administrator required in Birmingham!
  • Basic Salary up to £30,000
  • Monday to Friday ONLY: 8:30am til 5pm 
  • 31 Days holiday (including bank holidays)

Our client, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join their busy dealership team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your career within a reputable dealership group.

Duties:
  • Process new and used vehicle sales from order through to delivery
  • Register vehicles and prepare DVLA documentation accurately
  • Manage vehicle funding and invoicing procedures
  • Liaise effectively with manufacturers, finance companies, and internal departments
  • Order vehicles and monitor stock levels to ensure availability
  • Maintain accurate records and update dealership systems consistently
  • Prepare customer handover packs to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
  • Follow all compliance and manufacturer guidelines diligently
  • Support sales management with various administrative tasks
  • Deliver exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
  • Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
  • Previous Dealership Sales Administration experience is preferred but not essential
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
