Parts Advisor Opportunity in Wolverhampton
  • Basic Salary: Up to £30,500 (depending on experience) + Bonus
  • Hours: 42 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota basis
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client, a well-established and highly respected automotive dealership in the Wolverhampton area, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to become part of a professional, supportive environment where delivering outstanding service is a top priority.

The Parts Advisor role will involve:
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
  • Supplying parts efficiently to both the workshop and retail customers.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring same-day completion where possible.
  • Receiving deliveries, booking stock in, and processing returns.
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
  • Answering customer enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Supporting the workshop with parts requirements and vehicle health check administration.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
The successful Parts Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident and professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Good IT and administration skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
