I am working with a Leading Large National Dealer who is looking for a Car Sales Manager to join their team in Ballymena.

What is needed as a Car Sales Manager:
  • A Car Sales Manager who has an enthusiastic personality and is self - motivated.
  • Experience leading a team to achieve targets.
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years automotive, sales management experience?
  • Are you able to display leadership, great communication, strategic thinking, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction?
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
  • The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances
  • Hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months
