We have an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation at their flagship site in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This Fleet Manager role offers the chance to oversee an extensive fleet of over 550 vehicles, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee the management and compliance of the fleet including over 550 vehicles, courtesy cars and commercial vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, inspected and meet safety regulations, including MOTs and driver compliance
- Analyse fleet performance, utilisation, maintenance trends and operational costs introducing KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vehicle allocation and availability to maximise customer service levels and repair capacity
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, leasing providers, maintenance partners and transport contractors
- Ensure all fleet activities adhere to DVSA regulations and road transport legislation
- Coordinate vehicle documentation, compliance records and reporting requirements
- CPC licence or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of DVSA regulations and road transport legislation
- Experience managing a large and varied fleet including cars, vans and HGVs
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and transportation regulations
