Duties:
  • Coordinate daily workshop activities and manage workflow efficiently
  • Monitor progress to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high standards
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and management
  • Motivate and support the workshop team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Maintain workshop safety standards and uphold operational procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Workshop Controller, Master Technician, or Service Manager, is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues calmly
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for the automotive industry
