Are you a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Christchurch? We are currently recruiting for a motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Christchurch, Dorset. This role offers a fantastic environment to develop your career within the automotive industry and provides clear earning potential alongside ongoing support and training.

Benefits

Basic salary starting at £27,500 with an achievable bonus and commission scheme
OTE (On-Target Earnings) reaching approximately £31,500
Weekday working hours on a rota, with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota basis

Duties

Welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience
Advise customers on service and repair requirements and upsell where appropriate
Plan and schedule service appointments while managing customer expectations
Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
Promote dealership services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or other roles in the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
Full UK driving licence
