Pay: £27,000 Basic with £55,000 OTE 
Hours: Monday - Friday 44 hours per week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota 

Are you an experienced sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity within the commercial vehicle sector? Our client is seeking a highly motivated Van Sales Executive to join their team at their Aldershot site. Duties

  • Sell and promote new and used vans in line with brand standards
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, products, and services
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage sales administration accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and compliance
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships
Requirements

  • Proven vehicle sales experience within a commercial vehicle dealership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: two years’ commercial vehicle sales experience, CV sales experience, or a track record of developing customer loyalty in a retail sales environment.
