I am working with a client who has a Franchised Dealership in Edinburgh and is looking for a Service Advisor to join their Service Department.

The ideal Service Advisor will come from a Motor Trade Service Department background. 

Benefits as a Service Advisor:
  • Edinburgh based
  • Basic Salary starts from £30,000
  • OTE up to £39,000
  • Dealership Benefits package available
  • Training available
Duties as a Service Advisor:
  • Able to be the go-between for both the customer and Technicians
  • Relaying technical information to the customer
  • Upselling to customers when needed
  • Is target driven and can hit KPI’s
Requirements as a Service Advisor:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Target driven and can hit KPI’s
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Prior experience within a service background, in the motor trade
