Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing for a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Utilise workshop systems and equipment accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
  • Support the team in maintaining workshop efficiency and quality standards
  • Keep detailed and accurate service records for each vehicle
  • Continually update technical knowledge through manufacturer training
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven technical experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and exceeding customer expectations
  • Passion for the automotive industry and professional development
  • Ability to work within a team and adhere to safety procedures
