PDI / Sales Vehicle Technician Required for Family Run Car Dealership in Haywards Heath 

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established used car dealership located in Haywards Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a busy workshop environment and contribute to a reputable team.

Duties

  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards
  • Diagnosing vehicle issues using the latest equipment including Launch diagnostic scanners
  • Conducting repairs on a range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as brake, tyre, and general repairs
  • Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within timeframes set by workshop management
  • Keeping accurate records of repairs and diagnostics
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols within the workshop
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar setting
  • Relevant qualifications including Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of diagnostic systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and flexible attitude to work hours
