Pay: £38 - £40k Basic + Monthly Bonuses + Overtime
Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota at overtime!

Our client, a reputable franchised car dealership in Hersham, Surrey, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Duties

  • Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs according to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
  • Use specialised diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, with individual targets exceeding 125%
  • Complete all work to manufacturer specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Support team colleagues and contribute to overall dealership performance
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify faults accurately
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and deliver high-quality work consistently
