Are you a passionate marketing professional with experience in the automotive or recycling sectors? Our client, a leading Authorised Treatment Facility based in Southampton, Hampshire, is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Social Media Manager to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop the company’s brand presence, manage innovative digital campaigns, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking business.

  • Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £43,000 depending on experience

  • Flexible working hours Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Develop skills in digital marketing, content creation and brand development
Duties:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content, including photography, video, and graphics, to showcase the business’s services and environment
  • Maintain and update website content, optimise for SEO and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • Build and nurture relationships with trade partners, industry organisations and local businesses
  • Organise and support company participation in trade events, exhibitions and community initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Support online parts sales and other digital revenue streams
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media management 
  • Strong understanding of content creation and digital advertising
  • Proficient in photography, videography and basic editing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile and website management
  • Excellent copy writing, organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns and demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Passion for the automotive and recycling sectors, with a proactive and creative mindset
