Pay: £20 - £24k Basic + £50K Realistic uncapped OTE + Demo
Hours: 5 Days per week over Monday - Saturday (Day off in the week)

Duties

  • Engage with customers confidently to understand their needs and promote suitable vehicles
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to potential buyers
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Manage vehicle enquires and keep accurate records of sales activities
  • Support dealership processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
