We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main car dealership in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance their career within a busy and well-established automotive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership’s continued success.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of approximately £35,000
Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM working week with only one in three Saturdays

Duties

Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service needs
Estimating repair costs and explaining work required to customers
Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
Upselling additional services where appropriate
Managing workshop bookings and securing customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor preferred or in a similar role within a franchised dealership
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive products and service procedures
Friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
