Join our client’s esteemed motorcycle division as a Motorcycle Sales Manager and lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a passion for motorbikes to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties:
  • Lead the motorcycle sales team at a busy Christchurch dealership
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage the sale of new and used motorcycles, including stock control and presentation
  • Upsell parts, clothing, accessories, GAP, and warranty products
  • Embrace and utilise innovative enquiry management technology and CRM strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, community, and marketing teams
  • Organise and support summer motorcycle events and promotional activities
  • Provide outstanding leadership and engagement, creating a positive colleague environment
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Motorcycle Sales Manager or equivalent senior sales role within the motor trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for motorcycles and customer service excellence
  • Ability to work flexibility including Saturdays and special events
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales processes
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Motorcycle Licence
