We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable team at a busy workshop in Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute their expertise and develop their career in the automotive industry.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £40,000
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles
  • Identify faults accurately using diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain detailed service documentation and report findings effectively
  • Work towards obtaining relevant qualifications where necessary
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Repair or higher, with the willingness to work towards further certifications
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is desirable, although not essential
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team
