We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main car dealership in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance their career within a busy and well-established automotive environment. The successful individual will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership’s continued success.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of approximately £35,000
  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM working week with only one in three Saturdays

Duties:
  • Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service needs
  • Estimating repair costs and explaining work required to customers
  • Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate
  • Managing workshop bookings and securing customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor preferred or in a similar role within a franchised dealership
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive products and service procedures
  • Friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
