We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a prominent dealership in North Wales. The ideal Sales Manager will have a strong background in retail automotive sales management and a proven track record of leading successful teams. This is a confidential vacancy aimed at skilled professionals eager to take the next step in their motor trade career.

  • Salary up to £50,000
  • Uncapped OTE of £80,000

Duties:
  • Manage and motivate a team of six retail sales executives and a business centre manager
  • Drive sales targets for both new and used vehicle departments
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships to generate repeat business
  • Ensure the team adheres to brand standards and delivers exceptional customer service
  • Oversee stock levels and retail performance of approximately 60 used vehicles
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to increase departmental profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within the motor trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth understanding of automotive sales processes and techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Suitable for candidates based in North Wales or nearby to Llandudno
  • Discretion and professionalism are essential
