Group Support Service Advisor - Worcester 
  • Basic: Up to £33,000 DOE
  • OTE: Up to £39,000
  • Location: Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm / 8:30am-5:30pm when covering long-distance sites
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor to join a successful franchise dealer group, covering multiple dealerships across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting customers and booking vehicles into the Service Department.
  • Liaising with technicians and the workshop to monitor work in progress.
  • Advising customers of additional work and keeping them updated throughout the repair.
  • Preparing invoices, taking payments and completing vehicle handovers.
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years' recent Service Advisor experience within a dealership or garage environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
  • Comfortable working across multiple dealership locations.
  • Kerridge and warranty experience would be advantageous but not essential.
