- Annual Salary: £51,480 – £56,000 per annum
- Hours: 45 hours per week, 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join a professional and busy vehicle bodyshop in Birmingham.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition and in line with manufacturer standards.

Panel Beater – About You
We’re looking for a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician who:
- Has proven experience in vehicle panel repair and replacement
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Is confident working across a range of vehicle makes and models
- Can work effectively as part of a professional team in a busy workshop
- Has a proactive and positive approach to their work
- Holds relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, IMI or equivalent — desirable but not essential
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence
- Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements
- Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the most effective repair methods
- Removing, repairing and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components
- Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
- Accurately recording work completed in line with required procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent repair quality and customer satisfaction
