Motorcycle Mechanic & MOT Tester Required in Dartford 
Pay: Up to £36,000 Basic + OTE 
Hours: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - optional Saturday mornings - time off in lieu if worked Saturdays

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Mechanic & MOT Tester to join a reputable workshop in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career within a busy, well-established business. As a Motorcycle Mechanic & MOT Tester, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to customers and ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop.

Benefits

  • Up to £36,000 basic salary with overtime and incentives to boost your earnings
  • OTE of approximately £40,000 per annum
  • Full-time permanent position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with time off in lieu for Saturday work
  • Optional Saturday mornings with compensated time off if worked
Duties

  • Conducting motorcycle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
  • Performing MOT testing in compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying faults and advising clients on repair options.
  • Maintaining accurate service and repair records.
  • Ensuring workshop safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times.
  • Assisting the team to meet productivity targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician and MOT Tester.
  • Current MOT Testing qualification (Class 1) preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of motorcycles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full UK driving licence.
