Vehicle Technician Required in Wilson for Dealer Group 
  • Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + £5,000 - £10,000 OTE
  • Hours: 42.5 Hours per week 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota paid at time & half 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's busy dealership in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work within a reputable dealer group, offering competitive salary packages and the potential to earn a lucrative OTE.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with the potential to earn up to £50,000 with bonuses
  • 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota paid at time and a half

Duties:
  • Servicing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards
  • Carrying out diagnosis and fault finding efficiently
  • Ensuring work is completed within manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate repair and service records
  • Supporting the team with general workshop duties and customer vehicle handovers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with franchise dealership experience
  • Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 individuals with significant experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A professional approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
