We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career within the motor trade industry. The Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth service operations.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum with a potential OTE of £38,000
  • Workshop team bonus, offering additional earnings of up to £6,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with optional early finish every other night
  • Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with time off in lieu
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service length up to 10 days
Duties:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and managing customer appointments efficiently
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Upselling products and additional services to maximise revenue
  • Accurately recording all work and customer details in line with dealership procedures
  • Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with customers throughout their service experience
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience within the automotive or related sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to upsell products and identify customer needs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential
