We’re currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join a well-established aftersales team at a busy franchised site in South Belfast. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as a Workshop Controller, or a senior technician/team leader looking to step up. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the workshop — allocating work, ensuring quality control, maintaining productivity, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. The right person will be organised, confident, and able to motivate technicians to deliver a high standard of work, on time.

  • Basic Salary from £34,476 per year DOE
  • OTE up to £40,000+
  • 42.5 hours per week
Daily Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the daily flow of work in the workshop
  • Monitor technician performance and job completion times
  • Work closely with the service reception team to manage bookings and updates
  • Ensure all warranty and invoicing procedures are adhered to
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any workshop-related issues
  • Support, coach and mentor the technician team
What We’re Looking For?:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior/Lead Technician
  • Confident in managing workflow and delivering results under pressure
  • Knowledge of warranty and service procedures
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
