Service Advisor Required for Car Dealer Group in Wimbledon, South London

Pay: Up to £34k Basic + OTE 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota 

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable car dealer group in Wimbledon, South London. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals looking to advance their career with a well-established and supportive aftersales dealership team.

Duties
  • Providing excellent customer service and establishing effective communication with clients
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans
  • Managing customer appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Generating quotations and upselling appropriate services and parts where applicable
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Demonstrable drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes
  • Living within approximately half hour's commute of Wimbledon
