  • Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic Salary 
  • OTE £45,000 Uncapped Bonus
  • Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Saturday Rota: 1 in 4, paid at overtime 
Our client is a prestigious premium automotive dealership and bodyshop based in Oldbury, and they are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Technician to join their team.

As a Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

Bodyshop Technician Hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 4 Saturday rota
  • Saturdays are paid as overtime.
Bodyshop Technician Salary & Bonus:
  • Up £35,000 basic salary, dependent on ability and experience
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Bodyshop Technician Responsibilities
  • Carry out vehicle body repairs to a high standard.
  • Assess vehicle damage and complete the required repairs.
  • Follow manufacturer repair methods and specifications.
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Follow all health & safety and company procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of the wider bodyshop team.
Bodyshop Technician Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician.
  • Strong vehicle body repair experience.
  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional and hardworking approach.
  • A genuine passion for quality vehicle repairs.
