Performance Vehicle Technician Required – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 – Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:30PM | 1 in 6 Saturdays

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Performance Vehicle Technician within a reputable and well-established workshop located in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This role offers the chance to work in a passionate environment committed to high-performance vehicles, classic car restoration, and automotive excellence. Duties

  • Servicing high-performance vehicles and conducting maintenance checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnosing faults accurately and providing effective repair solutions
  • Performing mechanical repairs and component replacements on performance and classic vehicles
  • Communicating repair needs and providing accurate time estimates to clients and team members
  • Maintaining detailed service and repair records in compliance with workshop procedures
  • Testing vehicles post-repair to ensure quality standards and performance
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician with a strong mechanical background
  • Experience working on performance vehicles, classic car restoration, or motorsport engineering is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail with a methodical approach to diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills within a specialised environment
