  • Pay: £30 - £32k Basic + £6k Bonus
  • Hours: 42.5 Hours per week over Monday - Friday hours + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid as overtime 
Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity to develop your career within a well-regarded dealership? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join a busy team in Walton on Thames. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service ethos and a background in the automotive industry, ready to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum with an OTE of approximately £38,000
  • Plus, a performance-related bonus of up to £6,000 annually
  • Working hours Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis paid as overtime
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

duties:
  • Manage customer bookings and vehicle repair processes efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct vehicle health checks in the workshop and communicate findings to customers
  • Ensure all customer orders and returns are processed accurately and promptly
  • Answer customer calls and provide excellent service and technical advice
  • Log and report any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager and ensure administrative duties are completed timely and accurately
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure all expectations are managed professionally
requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or a customer focused Parts Sales Advisor in a franchised dealership or independent car garage environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Practical knowledge of computer software systems such as Kerridge and RTC 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid UK driving licence is preferred
